Lime Sherbet

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 2 c Borden or Meadow Gold whipping cream unwhipped
• 12 c real lime juice
• green food coloring 12 drop

Directions

1. In medium bowl combine sugar and cream
2. Stir until it dissolves
3. Stir in the lime juice and green food coloring
4. Pour in 6-inch square pan or sherbet dish
5. Freeze it for 3 hours until firm
