LindaS Cheese Straws

Ingredients

• 1 12 c flour
• 6 Tbsp Crisco shortening
• 5 Tbsp ice water
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 c grated cheese sharp
• dash of paprika cayenne pepper and Tabasco sauce

Directions

1. Cut shortening into dry ingredients
2. Add water and mix as for

4. crust
5. Place
6. dough
7. into cookie press and form dough in long lines on cookie sheet
8. Cut into desired lengths with sharp
9. knife
10. separate slightly
11. Bake at 400 for 5 to 10 minutes until lightly browned
12. Cool and serve
