Linguine Al Pesto

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 c fresh basil cleaned and stems removed
- 3 Tbsp pine nuts
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c olive oil
- 1 Tbsp chopped Italian parsley
- 1 lb thin linguini
- 4 Tbsp Pecorino Romano cheese

- Drain 1 can of pinto beans
- Mash
- Cook in bacon grease or lard
