Linguini Carbonara

Ingredients

• 1 lb linguini
• 12 lb bacon
• 1 medium onion
• 12 c dry white wine
• 4 eggs
• 14 c grated cheese
• 1 pt heavy or light cream

Directions

1. Start cooking pasta
2. Meanwhile cube bacon and cook until transparent
3. Add onion and cook until slightly brown and crisp Drain fat add wine and simmer 5 minutes
4. Set aside
