Linguini Carbonara

Ingredients
- 1 lb linguini
- 12 lb bacon
- 1 medium onion
- 12 c dry white wine
- 4 eggs
- 14 c grated cheese
- 1 pt heavy or light cream
Directions
- Start cooking pasta
- Meanwhile cube bacon and cook until transparent
- Add onion and cook until slightly brown and crisp Drain fat add wine and simmer 5 minutes
- Set aside
