Linguini In Clam Sauce
Ingredients
- 12 c olive oil
- pat of butter
- 2 large onions
- 3 or 4 garlic cloves
- 4 cans chopped clams
- 12 c white wine optional
- mushrooms optional
- 1 lb linguini
- fresh black pepper
- chopped parsley
- grated Parmesan cheese
- oregano
- basil
Directions
- Heat olive oil and butter in wok
- Chop onions and garlic and saute
- Add clam broth
- Add wine and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes Add the mushrooms oregano basil and pepper

- Add seasonings according to your own personal preferance
