Linguini With Clam Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 c undrained chopped clams
  • 18 c butter
  • 18 c olive oil
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 c fresh Italian chopped parsley
  • 18 tsp dried oregano and fresh basil
  • 12 c white wine
  • 2 c sliced mushrooms sauteed
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil and butter
  2. Stir in wine clam juice mushrooms oregano basil and parsley
  3. Simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is almost gone
  4. Add salt and pepper
