Linguini With Clam Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 c undrained chopped clams
- 18 c butter
- 18 c olive oil
- 1 large chopped onion
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 c fresh Italian chopped parsley
- 18 tsp dried oregano and fresh basil
- 12 c white wine
- 2 c sliced mushrooms sauteed
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Saute onion and garlic in oil and butter
- Stir in wine clam juice mushrooms oregano basil and parsley
- Simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is almost gone
- Add salt and pepper
