Linguini With Fresh Clam Sauce
Ingredients
- 20 cherrystone clams
- 2 cloves garlic
- pepper
- 13 c chopped parsley
- 13 c olive oil
Directions
- Chop garlic and brown in skillet with olive oil
- Shuck clams reserving the juice
- Chop clams and add to garlic and oil
- Cook for 3 minutes
- Add parsley and pepper simmer for 5 minutes Serve over freshly cooked linguini
