Linguini With Fresh Clam Sauce

Ingredients

  • 20 cherrystone clams
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • pepper
  • 13 c chopped parsley
  • 13 c olive oil

Directions

  1. Chop garlic and brown in skillet with olive oil
  2. Shuck clams reserving the juice
  3. Chop clams and add to garlic and oil
  4. Cook for 3 minutes
  5. Add parsley and pepper simmer for 5 minutes Serve over freshly cooked linguini
