LinS Grapenut-Custard Pudding

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 6 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 qt half and half
- 12 c Grape-Nuts
- cinnamon
Directions
- Use ovenproof bowl
- Beat eggs then add sugar vanilla and half and half
- Once mixed add 12 cup of Grape-Nuts
- Sprinkle with cinnamon
- Place bowl on cookie sheet with water
- Bake at 325 for 45 to 55 minutes
- Check if knife stuck in middle comes out clean it is done
