LisaS Ravioli Marinara

Ingredients
- 50 ravioli squares
- 14 c olive oil
- 2 or 3 onions chopped
- 12 lb mushrooms sliced
- 2 16 oz cans diced tomatoes
- 2 or 3 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tsp basil dried
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Saute vegetables in hot oil until golden brown
- Add tomatoes and spices
- Simmer 30 to 45 minutes
- Serve over cooked ravioli and serve with Parmesan cheese
