LisaS Ravioli Marinara

Ingredients

  • 50 ravioli squares
  • 14 c olive oil
  • 2 or 3 onions chopped
  • 12 lb mushrooms sliced
  • 2 16 oz cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 or 3 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tsp basil dried
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Saute vegetables in hot oil until golden brown
  2. Add tomatoes and spices
  3. Simmer 30 to 45 minutes
  4. Serve over cooked ravioli and serve with Parmesan cheese
