Lite Cream Of Broccoli Soup

Ingredients

• 1 16 oz can chicken broth
• 13 c powdered milk
• 3 Tbsp cornstarch
• 12 tsp onion flakes
• 14 tsp salt
• 14 tsp dried basil
• 14 tsp thyme
• 14 tsp pepper
• 1 10 oz pkg chopped broccoli thawed and drained
• 1 12 c skim milk
• 13 c 13 oz shredded Cheddar
• 1 Tbsp butter flavored granules

Directions

1. Combine the first 8 ingredients
2. Boil for 1 minute stirring Add broccoli and next 3 ingredients
3. Cook until cheese melts and well heated
4. Garnish bowls of soup with 12 teaspoon shredded cheese
5. Makes 4 servings
