Little Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 2 c wide noodles
  • 1 c cream-style cottage cheese
  • 12 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices Muenster cheese cut in strips
  • 1 11 oz can Ragu with mushrooms
  • 14 c grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Fry ground beef and onions until light brown
  2. Cook noodles drain
  3. Spoon into shallow dish
  4. Spread cottage cheese over noodles
  5. Add beef
  6. Place half each of the cheese strips and Ragu on top repeat with remaining strips and sauce
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
  8. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until top is brown
