Little Lasagna
Ingredients
- 2 c wide noodles
- 1 c cream-style cottage cheese
- 12 lb ground beef
- 4 slices Muenster cheese cut in strips
- 1 11 oz can Ragu with mushrooms
- 14 c grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Fry ground beef and onions until light brown
- Cook noodles drain
- Spoon into shallow dish
- Spread cottage cheese over noodles
- Add beef
- Place half each of the cheese strips and Ragu on top repeat with remaining strips and sauce
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
- Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until top is brown
