Little Pumpkin Cups
Ingredients
- 2 envelopes whipped topping mix
- 1 c milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp cloves
- 14 tsp ginger
- 14 tsp nutmeg
- 12 can pumpkin about 1 c
- candy corn
Directions
- Line 12 muffin cups with baking cups
- Prepare the topping mix as directed on envelopes using a total of 1 cup milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon 12 teaspoon salt 14 teaspoon cloves 14 teaspoon ginger and 14 teaspoon nutmeg before beating
- Fold in the pumpkin with rubber scraper
