Little Red HenS Bread

Ingredients

  • 12 yeast cake
  • 1 c warm water
  • 12 Tbsp sugar
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 2 c flour
  • 12 stick butter

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast in the warm water
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients
  3. Pour into greased bowl let rise 1 12 to 2 hours Punch dough down and put into greased 9-inch pie dish
  4. Let rise 1 hour
  5. Melt butter and pour over dough
  6. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes
