Liver And Onions

Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 lb calves liver
- 14 c flour
- 1 can Campbells French onion soup
Directions
- In skillet cook bacon until crisp remove and crumble
- Dust liver with flour brown lightly in bacon drippings
- Stir in soup Cover simmer 5 minutes or until done
- Stir occasionally Garnish with bacon
- Serve with cooked rice
- Makes 4 servings
