Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken livers
  • 3 Tbsp onion chopped
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp dry mustard
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • 6 Tbsp butter

Directions

  1. Saut chicken livers and onions until done but not browned Cool slightly
  2. Puree 1 cup at a time in blender
  3. Stir in salt dry mustard pepper and butter
  4. Refrigerate
