Liver Pat

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken livers
- 3 Tbsp onion chopped
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp dry mustard
- 12 tsp pepper
- 6 Tbsp butter
Directions
- Saut chicken livers and onions until done but not browned Cool slightly
- Puree 1 cup at a time in blender
- Stir in salt dry mustard pepper and butter
- Refrigerate
