Liver Pate

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 12 lb chicken livers
- 14 c chopped onion
- 14 c chicken broth
- 12 tsp garlic powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp paprika
- 14 tsp pepper
Directions
- Saute liver in butter
- Mash and simmer
- Add onion and spices
- Simmer 2 more minutes
- Whip until smooth
- Serve with crackers
