Liver Sausage Appetizer Ball
Ingredients
- 1 lb liver sausage liverwurst
- 14 c real mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp dill pickle juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 14 tsp garlic salt
- 13 c chopped dill pickle
- 14 c finely chopped onion
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
Directions
- Mash liverwurst to make smooth
- Blend in all of rest of ingredients except add only 13 of the cream cheese
- Pack into a 2-cup mixing bowl lined with foil or plastic wrap
- Chill several hours until firm
- Turn out and frost with remaining cheese Chill well
- Serve with crackers
