Liver Sausage Appetizer Ball

Ingredients

• 1 lb liver sausage liverwurst
• 14 c real mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp dill pickle juice
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 3 drops Tabasco sauce
• 14 tsp garlic salt
• 13 c chopped dill pickle
• 14 c finely chopped onion
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese

Directions

1. Mash liverwurst to make smooth
2. Blend in all of rest of ingredients except add only 13 of the cream cheese
3. Pack into a 2-cup mixing bowl lined with foil or plastic wrap
4. Chill several hours until firm
5. Turn out and frost with remaining cheese Chill well
6. Serve with crackers
