Liverwurst Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 2 4 12 oz cans liver spread
- 12 c chopped gherkins
- 2 tsp spicy mustard
- 7 Tbsp soft margarine
- 1 loaf unsliced bread
- 2 gherkins sliced to make 9 long strips
- 4 Tbsp margarine
- 1 c finely chopped parsley
Directions
- Combine liver spread chopped pickle mustard and margarine Trim crust from bread
- Cut into 9 long slices spread with oleo and 2 tablespoons mixture
- Place gherkin strip across narrow end of each slice and roll up like jelly roll
- Wrap tightly in damp linen towel
- Chill 2 hours
- Slice each strip into 8 pieces
