LizS Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 2 c sugar
• 1 stick margarine
• 1 c butter flavored shortening
• 4 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 c water
• 12 c buttermilk
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs

Directions

1. Sift together first two ingredients
2. Bring to a boil next 4 ingredients
3. Add to flour and sugar mixture
4. Add buttermilk soda vanilla and eggs
5. Bake at 350
6. Makes 3 layers
