Lo-Cal Lemon Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp margarine
- 1 3 oz pkg lemon gelatin
- 2 c low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 14 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c boiling water
- 1 to 2 tsp grated lemon peel

- Preheat oven to 350 In medium saucepan melt margarine remove from heat Stir in graham cracker crumbs Press in bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie pan Bake for 4 to 5 minutes or until crust is lightly browned Chill
