Lo-Cal Meat LoafCrock-Pot

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 c shredded cabbage
  • 1 green pepper shredded
  • 1 Tbsp dried onion flakes

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Shape into round loaf
  3. Put rack in crock-pot
  4. Place meat loaf on rack
  5. Cover and cook on high for 4 to 6 hours
