Lo-Cal Meat LoafCrock-Pot

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 c shredded cabbage
- 1 green pepper shredded
- 1 Tbsp dried onion flakes
Directions
- Combine all ingredients
- Shape into round loaf
- Put rack in crock-pot
- Place meat loaf on rack
- Cover and cook on high for 4 to 6 hours
