Lo-Cal Orange Salad

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp chopped pecans
- 1 c crushed pineapple unsweetened
- 1 box diet orange Jell-O
- 12 oz cottage cheese low-fat
- 12 c water packed Mandarin oranges chopped and drained
- 6 oz plain yogurt whipped with 1 tsp vanilla and 2 pkg Sweet N Low
Directions
- Mix cottage cheese pineapple and oranges
- Sprinkle diet Jell-O over this stir well
- Stir in pecans then stir in the whipped yogurt mixture
- Chill
- Serves 6 to 8
