Lo-Cal Orange Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp chopped pecans
  • 1 c crushed pineapple unsweetened
  • 1 box diet orange Jell-O
  • 12 oz cottage cheese low-fat
  • 12 c water packed Mandarin oranges chopped and drained
  • 6 oz plain yogurt whipped with 1 tsp vanilla and 2 pkg Sweet N Low

Directions

  1. Mix cottage cheese pineapple and oranges
  2. Sprinkle diet Jell-O over this stir well
  3. Stir in pecans then stir in the whipped yogurt mixture
  4. Chill
  5. Serves 6 to 8
