Lo-Cal Strawberry Pie
Ingredients
- 8 2 12-inch sq graham crackers
- 2 Tbsp melted Weight Watchers margarine
- 3 c sliced strawberries
- 1 12 cwtaer
- 1 small sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
- 8 pkg Equal
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 12 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Spray pie pan with Pam
- Make graham cracker crumbs and mix with margarine cinnamon and 2 Equal
- Press into pie pan
- Bake 5 minutes at 350
- Mix water and cornstarch
- Bring to boil dont boil and set aside
- Into hot mixture add Jell-O
- When mixture cools add 6 packages Equal
- Put aside and cool 30 minutes
- Add strawberries and pour into baked and cooled crust
- Chill
- Makes 4 servings
- Each serving equals 1 fruit 1 bread 34 fat and 38 additional calories
