Lo-Fat Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 skinless boneless chicken breasts or thighs
- 12 to 34 c nonfat lemon yogurt
- 12 tsp ground ginger
- 12 tsp garlic powder
- 12 to 34 c bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Dip each piece of chicken in a mixture of yogurt ginger and garlic powder
- Then coat lightly with bread crumbs
- Place in a single layer in a non-stick baking pan
- Bate at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender and coating is crisp
