Lo-Fat Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 skinless boneless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 12 to 34 c nonfat lemon yogurt
  • 12 tsp ground ginger
  • 12 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 to 34 c bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Dip each piece of chicken in a mixture of yogurt ginger and garlic powder
  3. Then coat lightly with bread crumbs
  4. Place in a single layer in a non-stick baking pan
  5. Bate at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender and coating is crisp
