Lo-Fat Strawberry Shake

Ingredients
- 1 c skim milk
- 1 c unsweetened strawberries fresh or frozen
- 12 c unsweetened pineapple chunks drained
- 12 c plain lo-fat yogurt
- 14 c nonfat dry milk
- 1 tsp sugar or 2 Sweet N Low
- 12 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 ice cubes
Directions
- Puree all ingredients in blender until thick
- Makes 2 servings
