Ingredients

  • 1 c skim milk
  • 1 c unsweetened strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 12 c unsweetened pineapple chunks drained
  • 12 c plain lo-fat yogurt
  • 14 c nonfat dry milk
  • 1 tsp sugar or 2 Sweet N Low
  • 12 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Puree all ingredients in blender until thick
  2. Makes 2 servings
  3. Contains 181 calories 10 gm protein 2 gm fat and 27 gm carbohydrates
