Lo-Fat Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey breast
- 14 c oat bran cereal
- 1 large minced garlic clove
- 14 c fine chopped onion
- 18 c fine chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp salt or substitute
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Form into 4 patties
- Grill indoors or on the barbecue
- Serve on sourdough bun
- Pile high with lettuce tomato slices and sweet onion rings
- Grill on nonstick pan sprayed with Pam
