Lo-Fat Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey breast
  • 14 c oat bran cereal
  • 1 large minced garlic clove
  • 14 c fine chopped onion
  • 18 c fine chopped green pepper
  • 1 tsp salt or substitute

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Form into 4 patties
  3. Grill indoors or on the barbecue
  4. Serve on sourdough bun
  5. Pile high with lettuce tomato slices and sweet onion rings
  6. Grill on nonstick pan sprayed with Pam
