Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 12 c sour cream
- 2 Tbsp bacon bits
- 1 c shredded cheese any kind
- 1 12 c milk
- butter to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Boil corn and cut off cob
- Put in hot sterilized quart canning jars
- Add 2 tablespoons of canning or pickling salt to each jar
- Fill to neck of jar with boiling water
- Seal
