Lobster Sauce

Ingredients

• 3 Tbsp butter or oleo
• 3 Tbsp flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 14 tsp pepper
• 1 c milk
• 12 c cream or half and half
• 1 to 1 12 c cooked lobster meat

Directions

1. Melt butter
2. Add flour and seasonings
3. Stir until smooth Add milk and cream slowly cook over low heat until thickened Heat slowly
4. Do not let boil
