London Broil

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. flank steak
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
- Score both sides of the flank steak.
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
- Place the flank steak in a flat pan.
- Pour the mixture over the meat.
- Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 1/2 hours.
- Broil about 4 inches from heat about 10 minutes on each side.
- Cut diagonally across the grain in very thin slices.
- Serves 6 to 8.
