London Broil Marinade

Ingredients

• 2 to 3 lb top round steak 1 to 1 12-inches thick or cut of your choice
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 to 3 Tbsp soy sauce
• 1 Tbsp tomato paste
• 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 12 tsp pepper
• 12 tsp oregano

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in a small bowl Score meat on both sides Pour marinade over meat
2. Marinate overnight Broil steak 4 to 5 minutes per pound on each side Slice thin and serve
