London Broil Marinade

Ingredients

• 1 raw onion
• 3 Tbsp honey
• 14 c soy sauce
• 34 tsp ginger
• 1 12 tsp garlic powder
• 12 c oil
• 2 Tbsp vinegar

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Place meat in a Ziploc bag and marinate overnight turning over to be sure both sides have been done This is not only excellent for beef but also turkey London broil
