Ingredients

  • 1 bundle long rice
  • 1 can hokkigai
  • 14 lb ground lean pork
  • 1 piece ginger crushed
  • 1 piece garlic crushed
  • oil
  • 2 c Swanson chicken broth or water
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 green onion chopped

Directions

  1. Put long rice into boiling water for 10 minutes
  2. drain and cut into 2-inch lengths
  3. Heat pan with oil
  4. Add crushed garlic and ginger brown and remove
  5. Add pork
  6. stir-fry for a
  7. few minutes
  8. Add
  9. broth and hokkigai juice simmer for 10 minutes Put
  10. in long rice cook 3 minutesPour beaten eggs in
  11. very slowly
  12. Shut
