Longhorn Baked Eggs

Ingredients

  • 3 slices fried bacon crumbled
  • 6 oz Longhorn cheese shredded
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 14 c whole milk
  • 34 drops hot sauce

Directions

  1. Grease 6 custard cups or other microwave-safe dishes set aside
  2. Place equal amounts of bacon and cheese in each cup
  3. Break 1 egg into each cup
  4. In small bowl mix sour cream milk and hot sauce until well blended
  5. Spoon 3 tablespoons sour cream mixture around each egg
  6. Gently break egg yolks with fork
  7. Place egg cups in microwave and cover with paper towel
  8. Cook 2 to 3 minutes on Medium power until eggs are set as desired
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions or diced tomatoes
