LorettaS Squash Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 pkg Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix herb
- 14 lb margarine
- 2 12 c cooked mashed squash
- 2 medium carrots grated
- 1 onion chopped
- 12 pt sour cream
- 1 can diluted cream of chicken soup
Directions
- Mix together stuffing mix and margarine
- Save enough for top and bottom of casserole
- Mix remainder with all the other ingredients
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes
