LorettaS Squash Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 pkg Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix herb
• 14 lb margarine
• 2 12 c cooked mashed squash
• 2 medium carrots grated
• 1 onion chopped
• 12 pt sour cream
• 1 can diluted cream of chicken soup

Directions

1. Mix together stuffing mix and margarine
2. Save enough for top and bottom of casserole
3. Mix remainder with all the other ingredients
4. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes
