LoriS Sweet N Sour Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 to 1 12 lb boneless chicken
- 1 jar apricot preserves
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 jar Italian salad dressing
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients but the chicken in a saucepan over a low heat
- Pour mixture over chicken pieces
- Spread out in a baking pan oblong
- Allow chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
