Lotus Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 23 c light cream
- 1 c sugar
- 13 c chipped toasted almonds
- 1 12 tsp grated lemon rind
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 18 tsp almond extract
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl stirring until sugar is dissolved
- Freeze in a hand-turned or electric ice cream freezer
- Makes 1 quart
