Loucile PinerS Carrot Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 12 c Wesson oil
• 4 eggs
• 2 c sugar
• 3 c grated carrots
• 1 Tbsp vanilla

Directions

1. Sift together the flour baking powder soda salt and cinnamon
2. In a bowl beat the oil eggs and sugar on high until fluffy
3. Add carrots
4. Mix together and add flour mixture and vanilla
5. Bake at 325 for 35 to 45 minutes
6. Use a cream cheese frosting
7. Refrigerate
