LouiseS Cornbread

Ingredients
- 1 c cornmeal
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 12 tsp sugar
- 34 c boiling water
- 1 egg separated
- 34 c buttermilk
Directions
- Mix cornmeal sugar and oil
- Add 34 boiling water
- Mix well
- Beat egg yolk and add to mixture along with the buttermilk Whip egg white and fold in
- Pour into muffin tins sprayed with Pam
- Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes
