Ingredients

  • 12 c sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 eggs well beaten
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1 c dark corn syrup
  • 12 stick butter melted
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 1 c chopped pecans
  • 1 9-inch pie shell unbaked

Directions

  1. Mix sugar and cornstarch
  2. Add eggs beat well
  3. Add remaining ingredients
  4. Pour into pie shell
  5. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes Reduce heat to 325 for 35 minutes or until firm
