Louisiana Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 12 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 3 eggs well beaten
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 c dark corn syrup
- 12 stick butter melted
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 9-inch pie shell unbaked
Directions
- Mix sugar and cornstarch
- Add eggs beat well
- Add remaining ingredients
- Pour into pie shell
- Bake at 400 for 10 minutes Reduce heat to 325 for 35 minutes or until firm
