Louisiana Pie
Ingredients
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- 14 c butter
- 12 c sugar
- 1 c firmly packed brown sugar
- Dash salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 12 c heavy cream
- 1 c chopped nuts
Directions
- In bowl combine butter sugar and salt blend well Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition
- Stir in vanilla flour cream and pecans
- Pour mixture into pie shell Bake at 350 until done
- Serve slightly warm with whipped cream
