Louisiana Pie
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow Jiffy cake mix or 12 box regular yellow cake mix
- 1 stick butter
- 1 16 oz can pie filling apple cherry peach or blueberry
Directions
- Pour pie filling in buttered deep-dish pie pan Pour dry cake mix over pie filling Slice butter evenly over cake mix Bake at 350 until crust is brown approximately 30 minutes Stir mixture 1 time while baking Good served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
