  • 34 to 1 Cup Fruit - Strawberries Blackberries Peaches etc
  • Chopped in small cubes
  • 12 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Artificial Sweetener
  • 14 to 12 Cup Frozen Apple Concentrate Juice

Directions

  1. Cook 3 to 4 minutes on high
  2. Sprinkle 1 tsp unflavored gelatin in cooked fruit dissolve and cool
