Low-Cholesterol Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 c corn oil margarine softened
  • 12 c shortening
  • 2 34 c sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 c egg substitute
  • 3 34 c sifted flour
  • 1 c skim milk
  • 12 tsp butter extract
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Cream the margarine shortening and sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy
  2. Add egg white beat well
  3. Add egg substitute beat well
  4. Add flour alternately with milk beating well after each addition
  5. Add flavorings
  6. Pour into greased and floured tube pan
  7. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes
