Low-Fat Baked Chicken

Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts
- 12 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 c cornflake crumbs or more
- 14 tsp ground red pepper
- 1 egg
Directions
- Dip chicken in beaten egg then in crumbs
- Put in Pyrex dish that has been sprayed with Pam
- Mix Parmesan and red pepper and sprinkle over top of chicken
- Bake in 400 oven 30 minutes
- Do not turn
