Low-Fat Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 c self-rising flour
- 14 c low-fat butter
- 34 c cold low-fat or skim milk
Directions
- Heat oven at 450
- Cut butter into flour until particles are fine like crumbs
- Add milk and stir with fork only until dough leaves side of bowl
- Turn dough out onto lightly floured board knead just until smooth
- Roll dough out about 12 inch thick and cut with floured cutter
- Place on lightly greased baking sheet Bake 10 to 12 minutes
- Makes 12 to 14 biscuits
