Low-Fat Chicken And Rice

Ingredients

  • 16 oz chicken pieces skinned
  • 14 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 packet chicken bouillon
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 12 c water
  • 1 c cooked rice

Directions

  1. Season chicken with garlic salt and paprika and broil
  2. Stir 12 bouillon into cooked rice and place in casserole
  3. Place chicken on top of rice and pour remaining bouillon over all
  4. Bake for 12 hour in a 325 oven
