Low-Fat Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 c sugar
- 23 c skim evaporated cream
- 12 pkg chocolate chips melted
- 2 12 oz jar baby food strained prunes
- 1 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 c chopped nuts
Directions
- Boil cream butter and sugar for 5 minutes start time when bubbling
- Then add marshmallow cream and then add other ingredients
- The strained prunes make this very creamy
- Let set for 2 hours
