Low-Fat Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 c sugar
  • 23 c skim evaporated cream
  • 12 pkg chocolate chips melted
  • 2 12 oz jar baby food strained prunes
  • 1 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 12 c chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Boil cream butter and sugar for 5 minutes start time when bubbling
  2. Then add marshmallow cream and then add other ingredients
  3. The strained prunes make this very creamy
  4. Let set for 2 hours
