Ingredients

  • 1 c skim milk
  • 3 Tbsp whole wheat or white flour
  • dash of salt
  • 14 tsp black pepper
  • 4 oz can mushrooms

Directions

  1. Over medium-low heat combine milk flour salt and pepper Stir continuously until well blended and thick
  2. Add drained can of mushrooms and stir well
  3. Mushrooms can be finely chopped in food processor first or leave whole or chopped
