Low-Fat Cream Of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
- 1 c skim milk
- 3 Tbsp whole wheat or white flour
- dash of salt
- 14 tsp black pepper
- 4 oz can mushrooms
Directions
- Over medium-low heat combine milk flour salt and pepper Stir continuously until well blended and thick
- Add drained can of mushrooms and stir well
- Mushrooms can be finely chopped in food processor first or leave whole or chopped
