Low-Fat Freezer Slaw

Ingredients
- 1 medium head cabbage
- 1 rounded tsp salt
- 2 c sugar
- 1 c white vinegar
- 12 c water
- 3 stalks celery
- 12 green or red pepper
Directions
- Sprinkle cabbage with salt let stand an hour
- Boil sugar vinegar and water for a minute let cool
- Mix ingredients Freeze if you dont wish to use until later
