Low-Fat Honey-Basil Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 c raspberry vinegar
- 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh basil
- 12 tsp dried thyme
- pinch of ground black pepper
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Directions
- In a shallow glass baking dish mix the vinegar mustard soy sauce honey basil thyme and pepper
- Add the chicken and turn to coat all sides
- Allow to marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes
- Transfer the chicken to a grill or broiling rack reserve the marinade and place in a 1-quart saucepan
