Low-Fat Jello Salad

Ingredients
- 1 large can pineapple drained
- 1 small sugar-free jello strawberry or lime
- 1 large light Cool Whip
- 1 medium no-fat cottage cheese
Directions
- Cook Jell-O and pineapple juice for 5 minutes after it comes to a full boil
- Cool
- Mix Cool Whip cottage cheese and pineapple together
- Add Jell-O mixture
- Blend well
- Pour in mold and chill
