Low-Fat Jello Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large can pineapple drained
  • 1 small sugar-free jello strawberry or lime
  • 1 large light Cool Whip
  • 1 medium no-fat cottage cheese

Directions

  1. Cook Jell-O and pineapple juice for 5 minutes after it comes to a full boil
  2. Cool
  3. Mix Cool Whip cottage cheese and pineapple together
  4. Add Jell-O mixture
  5. Blend well
  6. Pour in mold and chill
