Low-Fat Macaroni And Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 12 c uncooked macaroni
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 34 c skim milk
- 4 oz light cream cheese
- 4 oz 13 less fat sharp Cheddar cheese grated
- dash of Tabasco
Directions
- Cook macaroni and drain
- Saute onion garlic and oil until tender stir in flour pepper and Tabasco sauce
- Blend and add milk slowly and cook on medium heat until boiling
- Add cheese and stir until smooth and add to macaroni and pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
